Just went to a different dentist as I've moved and been told I now need a root canal and crown as my teeth look great from the outside but the defects are visible on x-ray. I never had any pain and still don't but have since learned x-rays are important parts of regular dental care to keep an eye out for exactly this. I've been seeing Colin for 20 years and he has never taken an x-ray, not even a baseline. He would just tell me my teeth look great (externally). Thanks Dr Murray and assistant Zoe. Helped me out with a tooth emergency. Then had a checkup and clean. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

I attended the dental surgery today for an annual checkup, scale and clean. It was only after the five minute optical exam and tap on my teeth/gums that I was told the machinery for clean/scale was not working. I was in the chair for five minutes but still had to pay for an 'examination'. Obviously no time to phone clients and let them know so they could rebook, or tell client in person before appointment - everyone's time is valuable this was a waste of time, $110 and health benefit. I won't be going back.
