Best Gym & great trainer! Professional and committed to the results you’re after. I wasn’t sure at first because the numbers on the scale didn’t change much but Carl would always take me back to the before and after pics (that I HATED taking 😂) for confirmation that I was on track to meeting my goals! Thanks for the motivation & accountability guys!
