Joined in 2022 just looking to workout like the average gym goer. After meeting Hiroshi Powell (the owner and founder), he saw something in me and convinced me to do a show. Under Hirosh's tried and true training regimen we did a 12 week prep and won 1st place Classic Physique in Master 40+ and 1st place Bodybuilding Masters 40+ In the 2023 NJ State Championship show. No Hiroshi and I are going for the Gold again on Aug. 16th 2025.
Great gym. Great owner. They have everything you need. Very friendly and affordable.
