Best for power lifting, fitted with all the machines for your lifts and supplemental machines to help build strength. Hiroshi is a knowledgeable and methodical trainer who will work on maintaining your form, which reduces or eliminates injury while getting you stronger. There are also cardio machines so you get a nice blend of options for your needs. Joined in 2022 just looking to workout like the average gym goer. After meeting Hiroshi Powell (the owner and founder), he saw something in me and convinced me to do a show. Under Hirosh's tried and true training regimen we did a 12 week prep and won 1st place Classic Physique in Master 40+ and 1st place Bodybuilding Masters 40+ In the 2023 NJ State Championship show. No Hiroshi and I are going for the Gold again on Aug. 16th 2025.
