Extremely horrible clinic .. have had a dorctor at this clinic since I was born .. for some reason I am unable to get an appointment they say “all our bookings done first come first serve at 9am” then u call at 9 am and they are fully booked. It’s been 5 years trying to get an appointment I know have countless health issues that are on going and adding up not to mention a 5 year expired IUD in me

I was seeing Dr. Krupa and really enjoyed having her as a family doctor. One day I called the office and was told that due to a switch in practice she was no longer my doctor and my family doctor was a male. There was no communication to me in this change and administrative staff were completely unwilling to change the situation even after I explained that I did not feel comfortable seeing a male doctor. There is a real lack of professionalism and communication at this medical clinic.
Love that Dr Schaffer has medical students! He’s an excellent teacher and doctor!
