Avoid this place at all cost. Even with an appointment you will spend 3- 4 hours. The owner is rude and very unprofessional. Don't even deserve 1 star. Aweful and overpriced

This place is the pits the owner is rude, unprofessional and has no sense of business. She don't respect the customers let alone herself and they do hair that well at all and quick to overprice you. She curses in front of children when they are getting service. For some reason they lock you into the shop which I'm sure violates some fire code, if she did better business she wouldn't be scared and locking the door after each customer. She is HORRIBLE as heck!

I bet those who said this is a great place to get your hair done and the owner offers the best customer services must write positive reviews must really be employees posting for a bonus. Last time I went for a blow dry they told they must wash my hair one time. I found it totally insane because I have gone to so many hair salon where you ask for the services without any requeriments. I went to chisam Dominican salon on blanding and let me tell you it was a miracle, my hair was damage and I had tremendous breakage Ms.Chimena help my hair to grow long and lovely I've been going there for 6 months now and I wouldn't want anyone else to touch my hair because of how beautiful it looks now!
