I've been coming to Chisago Hardware for years and I have to say — this place is the real deal. Mark and his family run a tight ship and it shows in every visit. Whether it's his wife at the counter or one of the kids helping you track down an obscure part, you always feel like you're dealing with people who actually care about getting you the right answer, not just making a sale. I have been shopping here since I was shorter than the checkout counter, 20+ years. The owners remember more of what im up to than I do. Thats good small town service you will not find at menards or anywhere else. I have worked big box retail as a operations and sales manager for 10+ years. I know service over making a buck.
