The owners at this hardware store are almost always on site. If they're gone theirs son is there. Since he was raised in the business he know more than most clerks twice his age. I've been coming to Chisago Hardware for years and I have to say — this place is the real deal. Mark and his family run a tight ship and it shows in every visit. Everything i need when I need! Keep it American Shop Local
I have been shopping here since I was shorter than the checkout counter, 20+ years. The owners remember more of what im up to than I do. Thats good small town service you will not find at menards or anywhere else. I have worked big box retail as a operations and sales manager for 10+ years. I know service over making a buck. These guys care.
