Dr. Chi is very compassionate and knowledgeable. I went to her for issues with my menstrual cycle and also acne. She was able to help me with herbal treatments as well as acupuncture. She treats people for all kinds of problems, and is very experienced.
Dr. Chi is excellent. She is kind, skillful and has a gentle touch. Highly recommended. I suffered sudden sensorineural hearing loss (SSHL) and tinnitus and after I read peer-reviewed research on Pub-Med that showed better outcomes for those who combined standard treatment with acupuncture, I asked around for recommendations. I have been seeing Dr. Chi on and off for almost 20 years! She has helped me through so many hard moments in my life and is so knowledgeable and kind. I have been seeing Dr. Chi for many years and would recommend her to anyone looking for alternatives to western medicine. She is a great listener, very knowledgeable, and has helped me successfully manage my symptoms long term.
She charged me for consultation $75 when the website said it's free for the first visit. I was not aware of this until after I have gone home. She was good as an acupuncturist but she told me to leave after paying, when I was still very light-headed and dizzy from the treatment, and should have more rest; because she had more patients coming in. I was by myself and driving alone! That was my first visit and I never want to come back. Insurance doesn't cover her bill of almost $500, and her bedside skills are zero.
