Terrible product. I bought the Chirp Decompression &massage table in Dec. of 2025 and it broke in February of 2026. Chirp after a warranty hassle replaced it on the 17th of February. It now April 8th is broken again. They want me to go through the same warranty hassle again because they won’t refunded it because it is damaged. Obviously this is a defective product and I just want my money back. DO NOT BUY this product. A waste of $500.
My Chirp contour massage was replaced under warranty.
My Chirp contour massage table after two months is broken. It started making sounds like a wheel was skipping two weeks after I bought it and has progressively gotten worse so that now I can’t use it. I contacted Chirp and they told me to file a warranty claim. I tried to on their website but I couldn’t get my video to load. I contacted them again and informed them I was having problems. I’m still waiting for a response after i sent them my concern.
They do not honor their warranties. Beware of chirp wheels snapping and causing injury to your back! Maddie from Customer Service made sure to let me know she would give me 10% off a new one though but they would not honor their 10 year warranty. I don’t particularly care if it’s now a 1 year warranty. When I bought mine it was 10 years. I have a receipts, order numbers, etc. In today’s economy you’d think companies would do their best to maintain good customer relationships. Won’t buy from Chirp again.
Sent me a broken contour that stopped working after 15 minutes. Customer service, if you can call it that, is totally unreachable. 3 emails, 3 voicemails and not one human being. 700 bucks out the window for a piece of junk, and nobody to fix it. Great. Just what I needed today. Get it together Chirp. Your customer service is a joke.
