I worked with Dionne Johnson setting up practicetek and she was fast, efficient and knew her stuff. Super friendly.
The customer service is horrible. I even pay an added $180/mo for “premium service” Mi returned calls after 3 weeks of a billing issue. I wasted so much of my time leaving several messages. One service rep actually said a returned call was noted in my file however my phone shows no call on that date. Additionally if you want to edit or customize you may need a degree from MIT.., absolutely not user friendly. I signed up for Chirotouch hoping it would be what I needed but instantly I realized that it was not a good fit for my solo practice. I have been reaching out since April and am essentially being ghosted. I have emailed, called promised a call back and nothing. I understand that I signed a contract but in there is a way to cancel I went through the contract and the fact that this is being dragged on to take more money is ridiculous. Avoid at all costs! I wish I had never signed up with chirotouch. Horrible experience from the start. Inferior product. I have had to make far too many changes just to make my chart notes presentable to the attorneys I work with. I was manipulated into signing a 1 year contract. We transitioned to ChiroTouch with the goal of upgrading our EHR and streamlining our operations. However, this has proven to be a decision I deeply regret. While the system offers some advantages for our practice, they are overwhelmingly outweighed by significant issues. Specifically, the lack of pricing clarity, undisclosed charges, and incredibly subpar customer service have made this experience very difficult.
