Buyer of Add ons beware!!! About a month ago I got an email of a new product called CT engage. Our office was excited for this as it’s a solution for our company was looking for. We connected to the sales person Lars, who was great who sent me a link to a video of all of the features that CT Engage could do for us. I recently switched from the server version to the cloud and I am incredibly disappointed with the software. I switched mainly due to the inefficiency with the server software as it gets slower and slower the longer you are in practice. The cloud version was supposed to resolve the issue, but there are so many bugs and poor design choices that I am not sure it was worth it. The gold standard in EHR. This is not somewhere I'd want to go with anyone but the best, and ChiroTouch is the best.
I am 68 years old and have been in practice for 36 years and I have never dealt with a company this mind numbingly bad. And I mean any company for anything business or personal. Christina Williams is particularly horrible to deal with. The absolute lack of any concern for their customers is astounding.
