Today I had the most amazing, helpful customer/billing support from Dionne Johnson and Jamillah Hickman-Brown got me linked with her and has also been so very helpful! These amazing women need recognized for their knowledge and willingness to help! Before today’s call we were ready to leave chirotouch! And with their help we feel so much better about using this system. Give these women a raise! A paid vacation or something! Thank you so much Dionne and Jamillah!
Perhaps the dinosaur program could change, but five years and when you need something done or changed you get the famed "ticket" created, then wait for someone, somewhere in some universe to respond. Then in the meantime you create another 5 tickets that mystically multiple and never get fixed. "A senior member of the team will contact you" ha. Try to shut this off at least a six month process. Overpriced with horrible service. Another sale to an investment company and its all about the money. Dr Bernard
Update 10-30-25 Bumped to four stars as they have fixed the contract issues. The cloud works well and is affordable compared to other companies. It is also quick and similar enough to the old macros that it is easily adaptable. My current biggest hangup is they seem to want to do it all themselves and you can't be the best at everything. This leads to us double entering in other systems for better texting, emailing, crm, stat tracking etc. I wish they would open up an "app store" so they could set security requirements but o... read more
Felicite with ChiroTouch was great helping me with bulk discounts. She also helped me with a payment I was trying to post. Very Helpful and so nice, she made me feel like she was happy to help me, never rushed me at all. She was great, and knew the software very well!
This company really went down recently, nobody seems to know what they are doing when it comes to account services. I have been using them for 15 years now and after all this time they dont seem to value me as a customer. Very disappointed with whatthey have become.
