Absolutely terrible company and terrible product. They’ll take weeks to get around to your software breaking support tickets, but have no problem raising your prices without notification! Problem after problem after problem with this company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Starting from the beginning of opening my practice, we needed to migrate patient information over, but they never coordinated with the other party like they said they would, so we needed to wait another week to schedule. I called and spoke with three different reps from the technical team, and none of them seemed knowledgeable or able to assist. Every response was simply, ‘Sorry, we don’t offer that,’ without providing any alternative solutions.
DO NOT SWITCH TO THE NEW CLOUD OPTION!!!! Our business lost thousands of dollars because claims weren’t going through properly. We kept trying to get it fixed and customer support couldn’t make it happen. And then when we needed to pull over all of our patient files, notes, etc when we switched to another program I had to do it all manually BECAUSE they don’t offer any way to mass download. They “helped” me download a list of “all of our patients” so I could spend months manually transferring information before they deleted ... read more
I am extremely disappointment in the recent customer support. While ChiroTouch is great in other aspects like the software it's self and the CT Engage options, I am beyond frustrated on how long it is taking for a manager to call me back and help me with a support ticket that was posted June 18, 2025. I have called over 5 times and opened more tickets on the CT community page, but no luck with anyone trying to help.
