I am extremely disappointment in the recent customer support. While ChiroTouch is great in other aspects like the software it's self and the CT Engage options, I am beyond frustrated on how long it is taking for a manager to call me back and help me with a support ticket that was posted June 18, 2025. I have called over 5 times and opened more tickets on the CT community page, but no luck with anyone trying to help. Buyer of Add ons beware!!! About a month ago I got an email of a new product called CT engage. Our office was excited for this as it’s a solution for our company was looking for. We connected to the sales person Lars, who was great who sent me a link to a video of all of the features that CT Engage could do for us. I recently switched from the server version to the cloud and I am incredibly disappointed with the software. I switched mainly due to the inefficiency with the server software as it gets slower and slower the longer you are in practice. The cloud version was supposed to resolve the issue, but there are so many bugs and poor design choices that I am not sure it was worth it.
