Very unhappy with their customer service and pricing was misrepresented. I would not recommend CT. Go with ChiroHD. So much easier to use and pricing is straightforward.
I had some trouble transitioning to CT Cloud I've been with CT server for 16 plus years, CT helped me through it, I love my CT. I like server based it's fast and works well for my systme when you combine it with screen connect or a VPN you can access your data anywhere.
Chirotouch software has been great. I have had some hiccups as i am new to insurance and trying to get everything can seem overwhelming if you are like me and not educated in it, but Tiffany Fick is my enrollment specialist and she has been great to work with. She is the most helpful person that i have came into contact with in this company!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with ChiroTouch. Due to an error involving ChiroTouch, more than $4,000 belonging to another practice was mistakenly deposited into my account. I acted in good faith and agreed to return the money. During that process, however, the payment instructions I received were compromised, and the funds were ultimately sent to the wrong person. My wife and I signed up for this at our practice Mace chiropractic. We had probably 10 different reps trying to sign us on and onboard us and we asked the question of cancelling multiple times. They said yes on multiple calls if you give a month notice you can cancel anytime. They will do anything to get you to sign up for the discounted first year and then charge 400 dollars a month for the 2nd year after getting you to sign up and lying to you about being able to cancel.
