I've had this software for 10 years. In the beginning they were excellent. We were assigned a account manager that helped resolve most issues we dealt with. Over the past 5 years that customer service has significantly declined. We've been dealing an issue where patient records move very slowly for the past 9 months. I’m a chiropractor, and I want to share my experience as a caution. Please be careful when signing up with them and don’t rely solely on what is said over the phone. In my case, I was told I could proceed on a month-to-month basis, but the contract terms were different. Unfortunately, I trusted the verbal agreement and didn’t review the contract carefully. After a few months, I encountered issues with their HR system and decided to cancel. I was then billed a penalty fee based on the contract terms.
I've had their services for many years. However, after I had cancelled some services, they continued to bill me and bill me. I reached out to anyone would listen and no one will stop the billing. Utterly ridiculous. No accountability. I used to be a fan but not anymore.
Our office transitioned to ChiroTouch Cloud in May 2024. I'm the Admin for a sole proprietor Network Spinal practitioner with a wonderful, faithful client base. I was apprehensive about making the change. Melissa Reed was our on-boarding specialist and my comfort level increased with every session. I appreciate the ease of scheduling and ledger keeping.
