Too many glitches. They have no support staff to help when there’s problems.
ChiroSOAP has been a wonderful addition to my practice. It’s makes SOAP notes easy, fast and complete. It has also been super helpful for the staff, knowing they can bill confidently without fear of denial or even Medicare audits. We have been able to better bill insurance and get the most out of our hard work in the office. Love ChiroSOAP!
As a Chiropractic assistant, I have recently started working with ChiroSoap. I want to share that I have enjoyed working with this program. I find it to be user friendly without the frustrations I had with other programs in the past.
I have been using Chirosoap for several years now and have found it very useful in every day practice. Doing soap notes has been so much easier and less time-consuming and also so much easier on the staff .Doing insurance billings and having that information promptly really helps the office to run a lot more smoothly. I would recommend this program to any chiropractic office that wants to make life a lot easier.
I have been practicing for 18 years and I have worked with several different software companies. I love Chirosoap but I love the customer service even more. If there is an issue it gets handled really quickly. The software is fast and easy to use. I am very happy with the decision to switch.
