I can’t say enough about how much Mitchell (physiotherapist) and Kevin (chiropractor) at Chiropractic Plus in Newmarket have helped me. I have debated posting this as I do not like posting bad reviews but find what happened completely unprofessional and do right misleading. Sign on front window clearly states walk in appointment accepted. This is not my normal clinic. I went as it said walk ins welcome but was told fully booked. No problem. Next time called made an appointment and said "I do not want the assessment just need a quick neck adjustment as I have a regular chiropractor". I enjoyed the online booking experience.
I have been going to Chiropractic Plus for some time. Dr. Kevin Spence has always been accurate in his diagnosis and delivers superb treatment which has facilitated less pain for me and increased mobility. There have been times I couldn't see through the situation and was frustrated. His expertise in his treatment plans has me returning to this facility any time I have joint/mobility issues. He is top notch and I won't go anywhere else. Thank you Kevin!!
We have been going here since they opened and it will continue to. Service is always friendly and quick. There have even been times when we have had to have sessions the same week(due to injuries) and they have always managed to fit us. Also very convenient that they have physio, chiro and massage!
