I had a terrible experience with this clinic following a car accident. From the very beginning, the staff and practitioner minimized my injuries. They manipulated the accident details on my intake paperwork to make the crash seem less severe, and because I wasn't crying, they openly doubted my pain. Even on the days I explicitly told the doctor how much I was hurting, he did absolutely nothing to treat me. I received zero actual help.
