I went in with 5/10 pain and left with 5/10 pain. Receptionist was nice!
Let me start by saying they were very nice and professional but unfortunately I wasn't able to be seen because of an active case with an accident. My lawyers told me that it was fine and there would be no issue but that they wouldn't need to approve or add to the case.so i would have to pay myself witch was what i was intending from the start. They called me THE MORNING BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT while I was on my way there and rescheduled my appointment because I was a new patient. Why did you not ask me when I called to make the appointment 3 DAYS AGO? I told them I could barely walk and I needed it today. NOPE! Didn't even try to get me in. Not impressed by the first impression! Reason for everything. God's great plan. Probably protecting me from a worsening back pain
