Beware - Falsely charged for appointment even after explaining insurance coverage, and contacting insurance directly. The website says they work with injury claims, but really don't, and want to pick and choose who they allow in. They push contacting an attorney, and conveniently give you the name of one they work with. They do not listen to customers and falsely bill you extra without submitting to insurance. Not sure how they keep the doors open with false claims like this. Stay away.
