I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I felt I needed to share my experience. I actually really like Dr. Matt. He's always been great, and I have no complaints about the care I received from him. Unfortunately, dealing with the reception staff has been a completely different experience. My insurance denied part of my claim because they mistakenly categorized my orthotic fitting as a chiropractic service. I've been coming to the Chiropractic Center for Health for a number of years for my massage therapy and have only seen Shelby for the work. She's attentive, careful around any sensitivities, and above all else...she is effective. Regardless of where I live in the city, her work is worth the drive. Also, a big shout out to the front desk staff as well for being friendly, attentive, and professional! Always a joy to come in for an appointment!!
I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Shelby. I received a deep tissue massage that focused on my back shoulders hips and glutes having just 1 appointment with her had me feeling better then I have in years! I’m looking forward to continuing my treatment with Shelby. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! :)
I had an excellent massage with Jordan Bradley. I came in with sciatica, a stiff neck, and tight shoulders, and the tension was making my head feel heavy. Jordan was professional, attentive, and knew exactly how to work on the areas that needed relief. After the massage, I felt so much lighter, refreshed, and relaxed.
