They have the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever had. Have never had any trouble with them not answering the phone and even when I was late for my appointment they called me to make sure I was ok I appreciated the reminder as I had got side tracked and had forgotten my appointment but thankfully they were able to fit me in when I did get there. Emailed twice called three times, zero reply, call back, or response. It's a good thing I didn't need anything too serious.
Great people and professional staff. I have been a patient for close to 39 years. Kathy has seen me through severalnissues with my back and neck always resolving the issue. Skylar has been a great trainer and got my physical strength back on track.
