They have the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever had. Have never had any trouble with them not answering the phone and even when I was late for my appointment they called me to make sure I was ok I appreciated the reminder as I had got side tracked and had forgotten my appointment but thankfully they were able to fit me in when I did get there.
