I have been going to Alex for over three years, and she is the best! She works with a bunch of us weightlifters and knows how to keep us moving well and without pain! She has even communicated with my physical therapist to make sure they’re on the same page with previous injuries I’ve worked through. And on top of all of that, she’s just a magical and wonderful human!
Alex is an expert masseuse with her extensive knowledge base and skills. She has been spot on with treating me and directing me towards other health care providers for my TMJ, neck pain and low back pain. I highly recommend her.
