2nd ride and both times late in picking up and returning. they are more concerned on getting money than keeping schedules. Also, the require money upfront until they get paid from medicare. The crew was great though

Spoke to a person named Fabian, and set up to take my 87-year-old father to a specialty doctor appointment. They were supposed to pick us up at 8AM. At 8:15 AM II called them asked where they were and he said that they forgot to put him on the schedule. Companies like this have to realize it takes a long time to set these appointments up along with people rescheduling work schedules. Saying we forgot and hanging up is not the answer. Beware of this group!
