Beware!!! Shady business. Do not depict on their website the correct products. Will not respond in a professional or timely manner. The entire ordering process was a nightmare. I have been charged $2400 and have no idea for what, why, how?! Now they will not respond. Absolutely absurd and seems like a big SCAM.
We had a great experience at Chiromatic. We had a private appointment with Bart and was very knowledgeable and patient. He encouraged us to try the beds and pillows as much as we wanted and in the end, we chose a king size that has given us some of the best night sleeps we’ve ever had. Thank you, Chiromatic.
Extremely satisfied with my purchase. Mattress and pillows were comfortable since day one. The whole experience was very pleasant and kudos to Taylor who gave me updates during my waiting period for the delivery. She is very attentive and at your service right away.
What a great company to work with. My sales consultant Taylor went above and beyond to make my shopping and delivery experience as easy as possible during a time of delays. The pillows are fabulous and we now have four of them. We take them with us when we travel to ensure a good nights sleep. My wife and I visited the Chiromatic store in Morristown and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. They were able to answer all our questions. We ended up buying a king mattress and we are so happy we did, we have not sleep so well for years. I highly recommend visiting the store and trying the mattresses for yourself.
