This was my first experience with a chiropractor so I was a bit nervous. The doctor put my mind at ease by talking me through everything and taking time to make my visits smooth. The doctor is such a people person and is very knowledgeable. She had exercises for me that targeted my problem areas. I no longer have pain in my neck and back. I am more balanced and I rarely get headaches any more. I have seen such an improvement since the start of my journey. I would recommend this chiropractor to anyone that is seeking care.
