I paid for an annual premium membership, not knowing that within 2 months they would "be transitioning to a new platform" with CHelpdesk, effectively rendering my premium membership worthless. I called and asked for even a partial refund- no luck. What a rip off. They will get no more of my money. Buyer beware.
