Mine is a similar story to another comment. I had a chirobuilt website for >10 years before ultimately deciding to switch to another service, and suddenly no one replies to support tickets, answers emails or responds to voicemail messages when I'm looking to cancel. I ended up disputing the next monthly charge with my bank and ultimately had to change my credit card number. I have tried to cancel my website for months. No one calls you back, no one responds to emails, billing department is non-existent. They treat you well when they want your money and ghost you if you want to change vendors. They continuously charge your credit card and hope you go away. Customer service is non-existent.
I have called and email them to cancel the subscription since June 2021, after a few months, I got email confirming the refunds requested
