This was one of the most unprofessional and disorganized experiences I’ve ever had with a healthcare clinic. I called on Monday to book an appointment and was clearly and explicitly confirmed for today, December 18th at 5:00 pm with Dr. Julien. There was no confusion whatsoever during that call. Today, at 4:15 pm, I called to confirm (thankfully). I was told there had been a “confusion” and that no appointment existed, but that it was “no problem” and that I would still be seen at 5:00 pm.
