Been going to this clinic for a while but of late it's felt very much like a cash grabbing production line. My last appointment i was given a referral for some tests and I asked if I'd be charged at the follow-up appointment and the doctor said "yes" and I said I understood that if something was wrong and we had to discuss my next step that I'd be charged but could they let me know if I NEED to come in?
