I have been a customer at Chirnside Park Health & Well-being for years. I have several health issues and the staff have been extremely helpful to me. Bronia, Belinda and Hailey, (Naturopaths) have very helpful informative and friendly. I have had several consultations with Bronia over the years and her advice has helped me to get on top of alot of my health issues. I've also found all the other staff helpful as well. The woman with those black glasses is so rude. She doesn’t speak to anyone friendly, she shouldn’t even be working there. All the staff is useless. Never going back there unless the woman with those glasses is gone.

I had gone in on 27/04/2025. I have been a customer here for 2 years. I purchase my mental health tablets from here, which you’d imagine is VERY important. From the beginning, I was told said tablets will ALWAYS be on hold for me out the back with my name on it. Today I went in to collect a bottle and was told “I don’t always have the bottles on hold for you and I have not ordered any, I will contact you when we get them”. Generally a goods shop, but the won't update their opening hours. I drove a long way to find that they were closed at 7.40 when their opening hours are listed as 9.00pm on Fridays. Not very happy. I won't wast my time coming here again.
