The Mature Movers class is great for all levels of fitness and yoga expertise. The strength and flexibility I have gained while taking this class are noticeable. And Angela has a calm and attentive manner of imparting her knowledge throughout the time spent.
Great yoga experience!!! Angela has a great vibe and demeanor. Excellent knowledge of poses and giving alternatives for people with injuries or beginners. Highly recommended going, it was a fantastic experience!!!
