Dr. Patel didn’t seem to have the time of day for me. Right away he upped my medication without asking about my symptoms or how often I had a flare up. I have acid reflux. He told me to look up high acid foods. He didn’t give me suggestions for how to manage my symptoms, such as eat more fiber, drink lots of water, or sleep on an incline. He didn’t tell me anything google hadn’t already answered for me. He didn’t really give me an answer when I asked him what to do if I had a flare up. Why am I paying you?!
Dr Patel is a very sweet doctor. He's very thorough. His communications are done through my chart which makes it easier. Office visits are reasonably timed.
