Dr. Berg is awesome! She was attentive and made me feel very comfortable. She will not let you leave without the answers you came for. Glad I found her in my network.
It pains me to give a bad review because I liked Dr. Berg but after a series of bad experiences with her office staff I had to change doctors. After last year's annual I received a prescription but it was the wrong one. I called the office to tell them and was abruptly put on hold and left nearly an hour. Thinking they had forgotten about me, I called back and was rudely told they were busy, keep waiting. Dr. Berg embodies everything a physician should be—thorough, compassionate, and deeply informative. I highly recommend her. She addressed all of my concerns with clarity and confidence, and her gentle approach during my pelvic exam made it nearly pain-free. She's one of the best that I've encountered in my almost fifty years of gynecological care. I also want to mention that her staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and caring too.
