I have had them repair my Bayliner and was very satisfied. When my MinnKota trolling motor had issues, they were the recommended site by minnkota and I could not have been more satisfied. They took the time to pretest the motor, knew what the problem was and completed the repair as soon as the parts arrived. I had taken the trolling motor to another shop before, and they looked at it with uncertainty and questioned where to look for the problem. Chip's marine is first class. They know what they are doing!
The staff took care of me on a tourney day and also did a professional install of minnkota ultrex and are one of few authorized dealers that can work on what they sell! Before you buy trolling motor at retail shop stop and think if they can fix it and or get parts?? They can't I've made that mistake!! Great service!
I could'nt ask for a better team of staff. Chip and his team of mechanics has went beyond their duties where help was needed. Also, special thanks goes out to April for the long hours on the phone getting my boat where it need to be. Again, thanks to the staff at Chips Marines on their hard and dedicated work.
