Chip and his company are first-class. I have never met a finer more honorable individual than Chip Tufano.
This landscaping company uses the most obnoxiously loud equipment. Their gas-powered leaf blowers are over 90 db, which can harm children and neighbors' hearing if they are in the vicinity, and they run them for almost a full hour, blowing leaves onto the street instead of raking them up. I'm a veteran with tinnitus and my symptoms get a lot worse when these people are working in the neighborhood.
