Chip saved my family of 4 on the side of the highway. Towed us to his shop, ordered a new alternator drove us to a pizza store to wait and replaced the alternator in 1.5 hours. I came to Chip’s prior to purchasing a used vehicle for a pre-purchase inspection. The service technician’s lack of an honest and thorough inspection has now cost my family thousands of dollars. I was given a printout indicating no recommendations for maintenance or repairs would be needed except to put on an undercoating rust protectant for some minor rust issues.
