When I tell you this is the best place for glass replacement, I mean it. I live in an area where, unfortunately, car break-ins are very likely, and I’ve had my car broken into at least 6 times in the last 2 years. I can say, with absolute certainty, that I had the best experience AND the best price here. Seriously. They were so friendly and got me in within 2 hours of filling out a form online. Chips Auto Glass was great to work with. Their preferred status with Geico, and ability to navigate those chores made the experience quick, easy, and painless. In the shop, the service was on-time and convenient. Our front end camera calibration was not a challenge for them. Specific thanks to Alex (phone) and Brian (installation).

I found this business through my insurance company. Every employee I encountered was friendly and very professional. What really impressed me was after my window was installed I was told there were a few scratches (which I would never have noticed). They offered to replace the window a second time on a different day. I appreciate the honesty and integrity. Would recommend this location (Sharonville) to anyone.

Absolutely great experience here! The gentleman at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. And they were SO EFFICIENT. I called in the morning and was able to get an appointment 3 hours later. I was on a time crunch because of a doctor’s appointment and they were able to get it done with plenty of time to spare. The price is also very fair and was the best pricing when I looked around at other quotes. I would DEFINITELY recommend to anyone that needs glass repair done

I shopped around for a few quotes, to replace a broken windshield by a few companies like Chips. Chips was the Best in the area for warranty, and price The Sharonville store had my windshield installed in less than 30 mintues. I tested the windshield afterwards through a carwash no leaks. The windshield is quiet no whistle. All my safety cameras work normal. A free quote at least is highly recommended! Thank you again Chips.
