I had the opportunity of using Chip’s Auto Glass. The experience was excellent. Amanda and her team were awesome. I called the office and made an appointment for them to come to my office. I was particularly impressed at how they contacted my insurance company and made all the arrangements for coverage. The windshield was covered 100%. They arrived promptly. Amanda was very nice and informative loved her Seen I was worried about my cracked windshield reassured me that it was getting fixed one way or another and got me in the next day quick and fast !!
Friendly staff, fast service, trustworthy work, reasonable prices. I hope I don't have to, but if I had to I would come again.
Stopped by to check out potential windshield crack. Immediate check by tech(Sean?) and reception, determined it was a 'smudge' . Immediately use windshield cleaner, THEN GAVE me a full can of the cleaning compound!! Absolutely stunned me with THIS kind of customer service - at NO CHARGE, THEN REFUSED TO MAKE ANY CHARGE!!!!
