I was in Eau Claire and had car trouble and called Valley City Automotive, didn't dare drive to Rice Lake. They got me right in no problem diagnosed what was wrong fixed it and had me on the way in no time. Very friendly and nice and made me feel like I was important. Did a terrific service. I wish they were closer but if I have trouble again they are the ones to call.
I could recommend Christian and his team enough at Valley City. They were efficent , communicative, and did a spectacular job with diagnostics and repair. If you need car help, this is your team! 5 stars!
These guys are the best shop in town hands down! Throughout the entire process of getting my vehicle repaired they were in communication and explained everything thoroughly. They do an inspection of your car and send you a report with pictures and video of the problems along with estimates that you can then choose from to repair. My repair was going to take a couple days so they offered a loaner vehicle which takes off the burden of having your vehicle out of commission. I'm very late providing a review from a chance December encounter. A drive from Ohio to Minneapolis for my daughter's PhD defense turned into a Griswold vacation trip upon my truck's accidental ingestion of diesel fuel - during a blizzard no less.
