Had my car serviced and mot done at this garage today and was very impressed with Fay in the service department. - Very efficient knowledgable and friendly.

We took our Ford Kuga car here that had been losing power and overheating. We paid £120 for a diagnostic test but no problem was found and no further advice was given, just wanted more money for further tests. Was hoping a Ford garage would be able to help us more instead they rang with a long list of upsells like £900 cambelts and light bulbs and oil that we apparently needed for over £1000. Was left feeling really disappointed.
Service department not so good, takes age's to fix our car.
Been looking for a certain car and colour found one here on line . Sent email asking if it was still available. Justin email me back with in the hour saying yes it was arranged to view it the next day . Justin was polite and very helpful evan made me a fresh tea (not out of a machine for a change. ) Like other showrooms I visted .
