Been looking for a certain car and colour found one here on line . Sent email asking if it was still available. Justin email me back with in the hour saying yes it was arranged to view it the next day . Absolutely useless. Had to make multiple calls booking in the same works on the vehicle that they couldn't seem to remember. Damaged the vehicle by not knowing how to put it on a ramp correctly. Didn't notify us of anything wrong with the vehicle as requested. Failed to know that they couldn't do an MOT on the vehicle as they has issues with equipment so I had to remind them. Very poor and shall never use again!
I took my Ssanyong Tivoli here for some warranty work. I live in Weston Super Mare and this was a 36 mile drive up the M5 and M4. My first visit was for an inspection to determine if the faulty compressor was the problem and also if it was covered by the warranty. There was no courtesy car available for hire from the garage and no possibility to book a slot for the inspection.
