RecommendedI use this clinic for my dogs normal vet care and normally I love them. Last night my dog ran in front of a truck, so I called the clinic and got the on call phone number. Dr. VanderTop after hearing my dog was ran over, met me at the clinic and was very thorough with my dog. He took several X-rays, cleaned his cuts and road rash and thankfully determined there were no broken bones. He administered pain meds at the clinic and sent us home with pain meds and antibiotics. The best Vetting experience I have ever had!!!! When there is an urgent issue, they are there for me. From after hours, to talking me thru (or down) over the phone. They genuinely love what they do, and it shines thru with everyone there. I thank the universe for them.
Brought in my puppy for a spay and she ended up with bordatella. She had her vaccine prior as well so we used every precaution on our part. Then we go to pick up the meds and they had the nerve to charge me for medication to treat something my dog contracted in your clinic. As someone who worked in the field previously I would have been so embarrassed and apologetic for this situation I just couldn’t believe it!
Multiple vets available at this clinic, With horses you need to be able to get a vet quickly when they are acting differently then normal
The compassion and caring shown by the vets and staff is heartwarming in a society where this isn’t always the norm. I had a very sick cat that, unfortunately, after many heart felt efforts by the vets had to be euthanized today. Their compassion and empathy made a horrible time a little less heartbreaking. Thank you Dr. Emily for your help and Dr. Mayberry for being there with us today. You are all amazing, and I would recommend this clinic to care for anyone’s fur babies!
My 10 month old French Bulldog was very sick throwing up constantly for 3 hours on Labor Day weekend. After she was throwing up she was shaking and had a hard time breathing. I called at 8AM and didnt figure they would answer and would have to wait more due to a holiday weekend. Dr. Wayne answered right away. They saved Buddy’s life 7 years when he was ran over on Hwy 178. Then they also saved his leg after they originally thought they’d have to amputate. They cared for him as though he were their only patient. Due to their genuine care for OUR pets, they also found his heart condition. They gave me 7 more WONDERFUL years with my baby, Buddy! They’re truly fantastic!!!
