Symphonic!
An orchestra played and conducted by people with music and enthusiasm from their hearts.
I had wanted to attend ever since Maestro conducted the La Crosse Symphony. I finally got to go to the 2017-18 finale. I couldn't have lucked into a better event. The program was Elgar's "Enigma Variations" followed after intermission by Mussorgsky's "Pictures at an Exhibition." it was magnificent! Maestro Nobu's commentary on the compositions was as informative as it was humorous and added an entirely new dimension to my enjoyment of the performance.
