Chippewa valley came through again. My Ac unit stopped working on Tuesday and I contacted CVM. It was going to be 92 that day and CVM showed up within a few hours and had my AC unit running in about 30 minutes. These guys are great to work with and let me know exactly what they fixed. This wasn't the first time the got me out of a jam either. Last winter during one of those cold snaps my furnace stopped working while I was out of town. This is my families second review. First one my wife made. I called for emergency help. Although, they couldn't make it out tonight because of their long list of emergencies, I was given pointers on how to possibly fix our furnace issue and it worked. -22° out currently so the pointers were greatly appreciated. 10/10 highly recommend. Chippewa Valley Machanical will always be our first call.
Reached out to Chippewa Valley Mechanical via their website for a non-emergency furnace issue. I received an email response within an hour and by the next day, we had a scheduled visit. Travis was friendly and knowledgeable, answering my questions and taking the time to explain the needed repair. We had been waiting for a replacement AC unit from another company all summer (was told in June it could be a month or so before it would arrive, never heard back).
