Apparently CVE administration is overworked and doesn't have adequate tools to properly process our business. I received propane delivery on 4/15/2025 using up my credit balance. Rather than send out a statement/invoice for the outstanding balance at the end of April, they waited and processed my balance due, adding interest charges because it was now over 30 days and sent it 05/31/2025.
