My family took the 2 hour trip yesterday. We had a 5 year old up to a 68 year old and everyone had a great time. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Thanks for taking our group photo. Would definitely return.
Terrible experience. The owner was incredibly rude and disrespectful, with zero concern for customer safety. We were never warned about the low water levels, which made the trip frustrating and unsafe. BEWARE THERE IS 4 INCHES OF WATER. Two of our tubes popped during the outing, and the drop-off point was extremely dangerous—completely unacceptable for a business that deals with outdoor recreation. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Hands down the worst, most reckless business I’ve ever dealt with. The owner was aggressively rude and couldn’t care less about customer safety. They didn’t bother warning us about the low water levels, which turned the trip into hours of dragging tubes over rocks. They offered zero help. The so-called “drop-off point” was a serious hazard—someone is going to get hurt here, and this owner will still shrug it off. If you value your safety (or your dignity), stay far, far away from this place.
