Every time closed for private event don’t come to this pool. This pool is not for public. I came 3-4 times every time closed private event.
Very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unfriendly. Instead of helping families, they treated visitors with disrespect and seemed more interested in arguing than ensuring a safe environment. What concerned me the most was their attitude toward safety, especially when it came to young children. Safety rules should always come first, yet the staff appeared to ignore or dismiss important concerns. I am very disappointed with my experience. We arrived at the pool and were only there for about 15 minutes when the weather turned bad and they closed it. Even though we barely had any time to use the pool, they refused to give us a refund. I don’t think it’s fair to charge customers for a service they could not enjoy because of the weather
Great pool with a great section for kids/toddlers, all I would recommend is having more chairs to sit, no chairs available to sit, came to visit pool on 7/1/26
