I am very disappointed with my experience. We arrived at the pool and were only there for about 15 minutes when the weather turned bad and they closed it. Even though we barely had any time to use the pool, they refused to give us a refund. I don’t think it’s fair to charge customers for a service they could not enjoy because of the weather
Great pool with a great section for kids/toddlers, all I would recommend is having more chairs to sit, no chairs available to sit, came to visit pool on 7/1/26

Bathrooms are frequently dirty (I know it’s maybe a kid thing!) but eew and I wished they had the suit dryer like prairie lakes and mystic has!
