Everyone from Reception, Nurse Practitioners to the Radiographer treated me with respect and were extremely kind and understanding explaining exactly what was going on. So grateful to you all.

my previous experience here were great until my recent visit. The triage nurse Helen was rude, obnoxious, insensitive and called me a “wimp” with an unnecessary attitude towards me.
I visited Chippenham minor injuries today with an elbow injury and was dealt with by Susannah who was very professional and very caring, I can’t thank her enough. She referred me to Bath for an X-ray and then followed this up later in the day so I feel like I’ve had a very personal service. It’s my second visit here this year and I’ve always had a great experience. Aren’t we lucky to have the NHS !! Thank you, Andy Towler.
