I visited Chippenham minor injuries today with an elbow injury and was dealt with by Susannah who was very professional and very caring, I can’t thank her enough. She referred me to Bath for an X-ray and then followed this up later in the day so I feel like I’ve had a very personal service. It’s my second visit here this year and I’ve always had a great experience. Aren’t we lucky to have the NHS !! Thank you, Andy Towler.
Receptionist was very helpful and polite. But the nurse we saw was rude, obnoxious and passive aggressive. Zero ability to actually talk to another person like a human instead of an inconvenience.
