Chill place, cool people. The reviews here will give you a nice laugh by people acting like this is their diary.
Being out of a product can be understandable but when the management is rude, disrespectful and belligerent about it its not !! Corey the management at your Cleveland Ohio downtown Public Square location was horrible!
Hilliard chipotle on Rome Hilliard road. I was in line on 1/29/2026 at about 9:58pm. An African girl was disrespectful to a black girl. The African said she asked for double meat. She did not. The African said because u said a curse word, u not getting food. She threw bag in trash and said LEAVE. The girl asked another staff member and the African said don’t help her and get back to work. Why do you allow African people to treat American people like that. I want to speak to Erik , the manager
