The Chiplote locared o Broadway and Stone St in NYC Is the most dirty location I have ever been to Bathroom is unusable, toilette does not flush, floor beyond, tables and dining área also deplorable
For the 4th time in a row, out of rice, and this time out of tortillas as well…..no one could announce it when I walked in the door. Save your money… they might be out of proteins or salsas again too…. If you are going to be open later, maybe order and prep accordingly, 4 other people left after me…. Ridiculous…..
Usually I love this place. But it will be awhile before I go back. (2)Chicken burrito. Chicken was over cooked. Not a little, but a lot. Dry and black on one side. I took pictures. Too much seasonings. This was the 92103 area on San Diego CA.
You guys are ridiculous that you require someone to order online to get your deals like Cinco de Mayo, free queso and chips. Or a BOGO grand opening deal?. Other fast food chains honor those in store. The takeout order area then becomes crowded, making it hard to meet time commitments. On the other hand, processing orders in-store helps with distribution and improves customer satisfaction. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE?
On 3/23/2026 at 8pm at the 474 Old Country Rd, Westbury NY location. I placed a mobile order to avoid any bad experiences only for my experience to be worse! I came in waited near the mobile section which was empty, i informed the gentleman i was waiting for my mobile order which he did nothing. The short Latina woman working the mobile order station screamed at me telling me to go to the other side for no apparent reason!
