This location has many issues. I’m not sure if it’s just poor management, or poor staffing, or what. The people working there seem nice and to be working hard. Every time I go there are issues with my food. Usually items forgotten. I stopped ordering delivery after many issues, and the line at this location is always SO long. Tonight, I ordered for store pickup, got there at the time it said it would be ready, and they hadn’t even started it. Don’t go there on Saturday is a long line so ridiculous I had to wait more than 20 minutes to get my food, beside finding a parking space available is a nightmare!!!
I am still a fan of Chipotle even after their big E. Coli screw up a couple years back plus some more isolated ones but it makes me nervous nonetheless. I always have a carnitas burrito bowl with the works and it was excellent this time around.
I got chicken and steak on my burrito bowl yesterday and neither had any flavor to them. No seasoning whatsoever. Was extremely bland. The steak seemed under cooked also. I've eaten at this location many times before and the food has always tasted great.
I asked the lady for double steak I paid for double steak I asked her to put meat back on fryer because I'm not trying to get sick from rare meat she just wrapped it up with out doing anything I asked her to do I also asked for extra cilantro no I asked the guy to speak to manager he said take his business card what type of service is this please tell me I mean 15 bucks for burritos and this is what I get thank you but no thank you
