This is the work chipotle I've ever been too. I was just stuck in the drive thru pick up for 20 minutes because another person got there 20 minutes early to pick up their food. Since their food obviously wasnt ready yet, they decided to wait there. The staff didn't ask the person to move and just let them sit there while my food got cold. I could even leave because there were 3 cars behind me and no way to squeeze around the other car.
There’s one employee that consistently stands out and that’s Baine. I’ve seen lots of staff members get flustered during busy hours but Baine always keeps his cool and his service is incredible.
The first time I came months ago, I met a rude cashier. The last two times the cashiers (including today in the drive through) were super friendly and the manager had a good attitude and addressed everyone in line. Food was fresh as well.
