I came in there with my brother a few minutes ago and the people behind the counter kept talking looking at me and laughing. Try hiring people that are actually mature.
Very Mexican
It’s one of the most unlikely places in NYC . Price are very high and they charge you for everything, such as guacamole. 🤣🤣
this was so bad lmfao I never post reviews : This location was a disaster , we saw kids put their mouths on the soda machines, then staff guilt-tripped us that we wanted a bottled soda instead, after paying for the fountain soda already. bizarre, weird experience , staff was so rude for absolutely no reason, including manager specifically. cherry on top, the bowl I got was bland as hell . l
The atmosphere there is very uncomfortable. Nobody acknowledges you, nobody smiles, nobody talks. They talk to you with attitude. The service is horrible. The store was extremely hot. No air-conditioning. The doors weren’t open, so air can come in. It’s just the staff needs to be changed. The restaurant has so much potential and it’s such a good neighbourhood and Chipotle has great food, but the staff here needs training. They need to be more polite and be attentive.
