We specifically went out of our way to go to chipotle on national quesadilla day. It says you have to place your order through the app so in the parking lot we created our order of over $20 which was the requirement and then proceeded to put in the code in NQD2026, but was told that our order did not meet the requirements. The only requirement was greater than $20 and ours was at $31. I always have had good experiences here, I eat here pretty regularly. The guy working the pickup window tonight was particularly good though - hustling through a rush and was very efficient, my order was spot on, food was hot, and he was very friendly and professional without coming across as fake or hurried. Moving like a duck as they say, calm and collected on the surface, paddling his butt off underneath.
My fav Chipotle again. Clean, great taste and the staff if better than any other one. Today one of the staff saw us missing something at our table. By the time I got up to get it, he had already come out to give it to me without being asked. In an age of fast food workers ignoring you while you stand there waiting cuz they are trained to make us use the apps, this was great. Love this location
Worst experience I've ever had at any fast food restaurant. Waited over an hour to get two bowls and a couple of sides. First the drive through pickup was taken over by a big truck. I waited in the drive thru for about half an hour. Finally backed out and went inside. I still waited an additional 40 minutes or so for them to get the order. No one was able to help.
