Solid. But. A girl gets hungry at 10. Sad when i pulled up at 10:15.
They skip out on the food every time I go. And I’m not paying for extra portions in the mobile order just to get the normal amount I’m supposed to be getting. This is the fourth time it’s happened and they do it in person also. I shouldn’t have to ask for more of something because you barely put anything in the bowl to begin with.
Food was horrible!
Food in general is ok but really disappointed with my recent visit. The staff was skimpy on the portions, and when I politely asked for a little bit more to get a standard portion, they insisted on charging double. It felt less like standard portion control and more like an intentional tactic to shortchange customers and overcharge them. Poor customer service and a very frustrating experience overall.
