You bathroom faucet set up is stupid and annoying. I'm trying to wash my hands and it requires me to hold down the button and wash one hand at a time. I need to rub my hands together under the water to scrub. Bad design decision. Next time I'm having an employee come hold the button for me while I wash my hands. You should change out these faucets.

Finally a western PA Chipotle that’s well-run! There are 3 Chipotles closer to me than this one, but I will only consider Chipotle if I’m close to this location. It’s clean. There’s usually 2 people working the line and one on register. They are well-stocked. Friendly employees. This is the complete opposite of the ones in Moon, Robinson, and Bridgeville - which we no longer consider food options at all. So glad we can enjoy Chipotle again.

They completely messed up my order i got a burrito bowl with all of the toppings, that I paid extra to have delivered, then told me to come back to the store to get a new order. Never even said, sorry, never offered a discount or a refund. Even though I paid extra for delivery, and I just think that's awful customer service. They should probably check into new management for that store.

I patronize other Chipotles often. This experience was unacceptable Although there was only 2 customers, the employees seemed disinterested in waiting on me and more interested in talking to one anorher.The gentleman waiting on me did not listen to what i was ordering... The portions were ridiculously small, chicken no flavor , got barely any rice, beans, chicken,.. asked for a lil cheese and that he overportioned. This bowl did not taste like any other bowl ive eaten at other locations This was awful. I never leave reviews ... read more
